The teachers at CPY-LoHi are masters at cultivating a safe place for all people to heal, learn, process, and grow. Their thoughtful adjustments, insightful cuing, and playful encouragement creates space for creative work both on and off the mat. I learn something new every time I go, AND the instructors are always available after class to help me process new ideas. It’s a gem of a yoga studio.
I like how efficient the workouts are. You can count on getting a great workout for the time you put in.

I love CorePower so much!! Thank you to all the instructors for all you do :) The one thing I'd mention is that the last few classes I've been to have been fairly noisy with people talking and even having cell phones in class. I'm not one to complain but I go to yoga class for the quiet time and meditation. That being said, I still love the LoHi studio and the energy, I just wanted to let you know :)

Lohi is an awesome studio! It’s bright and spacious and the instructors are always welcoming. Not to mention the classes are awesome. :)
Consistency, expertise
The teachers at LoHi are all great and the studios are modern and welcoming. I love that there is seating where I can put my shoes on after I exit the locker rooms and I love that the studios have large glass windows with shades to pull down if the sun is too hot. My only complaint is that, in the past, someone has come in to clean the studio while I was still relaxing/stretching. I wouldn't necessarily mind this, because i understand the studio needs to be cleaned. However, the reason it bothered me is because they were using a very toxic and scented cleaning product that totally killed my Zen buzz after class. I am very sensitive to chemicals and fragrances so I felt the need to jump up and leave the studio as soon as the cleaning person walked in. Not only this, but I had to walk on a floor which was now wet with toxic cleaning products (with my bare feet) to return blocks and strap to their proper place. Again, I totally understand and appreciate the need to clean the studio (thank you for providing clean studios!) but I would just recommend an all-natural and fragrance-free cleaner. You can buy Norwex products, which are chemical-free, or even make a mixture of vinegar and water to clean the floors. I know vinegar is a bit smelly but the smell dissipates quickly and it's much more safe and natural. Anyway, overall I absolutely LOVE the LoHi studio and its beautiful facilities - my one small complaint is the cleaning products but typically my experience at the studio is 100% wonderful otherwise and thanks for providing such great yoga in the city of Denver and so close to my house.
