Taylor's sculpt was SPICY! The exercises were engaging and tough, her playlist was so fun, and everyone brought so much energy and encouragement. No wonder it is waitlisted
Brandon is an amazing instructor!!! His class was strong, mindful, and really motivating. The workout was tough but in a good way, and the music made the whole experience feel powerful and immersive.
He gave great cues and clearly knows a lot about the body, which helped me get deeper into stretches safely. He also encouraged us to push ourselves and show up and leave as our best selves.
I left feeling sweaty, strong, and empowered. Can’t wait to take his class again!

The feeling of community there is amazing! It is my absolute favorite yoga studio and I recommend it to anyone looking for a superb yoga experience!!

It would be a 10 if we could PLEASE get some more weights. There are NEVER enough eights for the skulpt classes.
I'd like to add some comments about Lev's HPF class: The playlist kept the energy up, and her cues and modifications did a great job emphasizing the target muscle groups and proper engagement. I can always count on having a great class with Lev—I really appreciate her consistency and the experience she creates. It’s something I genuinely look forward to, especially knowing I can break away and enjoy a Saturday night Hot Power Fusion class with her.

Lev is an incredible teacher. She is always very attentive to her students and always offers variations in her classes. She keeps the room at a perfect temperature and always plays great music. I absolutely love her classes and always look forward to her on the schedule. I highly recommend her classes.
