What I love about core power is that despite being new at this, the other people that attend class and the instructors who run it are super kind and inclusive, making me feel like I’ve been doing this forever. It’s okay not to be the best and everyone understands that there are people learning. Love it! I’m a big fan!
I want to give compliments to a couple of teachers. Samantha A. is just wonderful, she's clearly passionate about yoga and puts a lot of thought into creating her flows. I love that I can expect something different each week when I attend her class. I love Emilie's classes as well; she is so motivating in her instruction it makes me want to try a little more. I also enjoy the efforts she puts into creating interesting and fun flows. Both Sam and Emilie take time in each class to help us develop new yoga skills and it makes me want to return to see what I can accomplish.
I do have one suggestion; it would be nice if there were markers to show where the different rows fit in the classrooms. When classes are full it's a distraction when we're shuffling around before class to fit people in, I know I love to just lay quietly to get into my space before the start of class. It's quite annoying when you have to move around after class has started. Row markers would help to create additional calm before we get to enjoy the practice.
Location, teachers, community are all great.

CorePower Yoga has been a life changer for me. It has allowed me the opportunity to grow physically, mentally and spiritually. Practicing yoga brings me closer to my higher self and instills a sense of confidence that I never knew was possible. I have the utmost gratitude for my practice. I love all my instructors too! Each one brings a different lesson to class that empowers me to think outside myself and be in the moment. In just over a years' time, I have lost 30 lbs of fat, put on about 5 lbs of muscle and have never felt better. I will continue to be a part of the CorePower community wherever life takes me. Thank you so much for the great work that you do!

6:30pm C2 Sophie was a nice surprise... really creative sequence and solid teaching.
I love the teachers like Robyn, Abigayle, Sheri T, Julia that put their heart and soul into each class and go beyond the basic flow. You never know what they're going to throw at you! I leave feeling rejuvenated and rebalanced...not just my body but my soul.
I like the recent studio updates and weight organization. It feels lighter and cleaner.
Could you please fix the shades? On a nice sunny day after working inside all day it's nice to let some sunlight in and see the outside world.

Had the best experience at CpY Lohi. I was visiting from out of town, and it reminded me of the intensity level and sweat level I used to experience - I wish all studios made their classes challenging, rewarding, and sweaty!
