Eccentric lifting
Tried the Strength X class and it was so different and awesome!! Still feeling the burn days later and feeling stronger than ever! Hope this class can be rolled out to other studios (NYC 🤞)
I like the variety of classes. I enjoy the strength X classes where I feel like I’m truly building muscle, the Sculpt classes for cardio, and the C2 for resetting my body. I’ve always taken the sculpt and C2 classes, but with the new strength options it feels like Corepower can be my all around workout, and I don’t need to supplement with other gyms/workout classes.
Everything! Challenging but supportive of my own level. Hot! Clean and well kept. Thank you!
The Nidra portion of the Restore class was great
Sherri Tobin is the reason I joined core power. She is truly amazing at what she does. I have never had a better workout and felt so connected and grounded. I’ve only taken a few classes but no one has compared to her. I look forward to my Saturday yoga sculpt class every week, and I know everyone else who takes her class does too!
Instructors, room temperature, locations
Lindsey Lee is the best teacher I’ve ever had.
I had a great time at my first session. I had never done any yoga before and everyone was nice and helpful and showed me how/where to do everything. Very clean, quiet, and well run facilities which makes a difference when you are trying to enter a place to relax/settle down for your session.
Yoga sculpt forsure! I’m usually a hiit workout kind of person, and I feel like this eases me into the yoga flow better!
Teachers are Great!!

Jo is awesome.
Great workout and instructors
Experience at CorePower definitely varies by instructor. LoHi isn't my favorite CorePower studio due to what I feel is an overall 'clicky vibe' (I'd recommend Broadway #1), but some of the instructors at LoHi, like Samantha A, or Jennie B facilitate an experience that overshadows that vibe. Recommend!
Macy is a great coach and she manages to keep the room at perfect heat and humidity nearly every class. I choose the classes she teaches knowing that she understands the expected environment for a true HOT Power Fusion class.
Super hot which is what i prefer! And great music.
Great work out!!
Fun
I love the variety! Each instructor incorporates their own personality into each class, it’s nice to know I won’t get bored.
Love the teacher, Jo. The space is really nice, too.
Hot clases are actually hot!
The showers are almost always clean! I like the music in the locker rooms. I like the shampoo and body wash provided.
Enjoyed the studio. A little less warm and friendly than the southwest studios. Teachers disappear after class and don’t connect, which is not what I am used to at CPY.
I have said this a couple of times in my feedback. When the class is full for Studio 3 is it over crowded. I experienced this again on Monday July 10th. It was ridiculous how many people you allow in that studio for a class. You have to cap it at less people, just 3 less would help. Please consider this feedback as I am tired of saying it. Thanks!
I like how easy it is to choose a class and sign up. I love the instructors, and how many options there are for classes. It makes it easy to work around my schedule to make sure that I can get in regularly.
I love Arthi and Macy's class the most. The heat isn't too hot, you're CPY for goodness sakes which is all about hot yoga. For those dedicated and desiring to take their practice to the next level and be challenged, we want and need the extra heat. If we didn't have these instructors with the ability to monitor and watch out for our well-being, you wouldn't have the customers you do. Please don't harass the instructors about the heat in their classes when they've been doing this for years...If you want further feedback on how to address the heat issue, feel free to reach out to me personally: Phone number removed.
Amazing staff and great class availabity.
Arthi was an incredible teacher
Always a good class with Jo!
