I like the amount of classes offered throughout the day. At any time of day, there is always a class to join in, and all of the instructors are great, so you know you're going to get a great workout. I also love the intensity of the classes. The only thing that compares to the workout that I get during the sculpt class were football two-a-day workouts.

The studio is always very Clean, everyone is super friendly, and the instuctors seem more advanced than all other locations. I really prefer the weat loop CP.:)

I really enjoyed Kiko's CP2 class. Not the usual moves for me, and it was just what I needed to add variety and challenge to my practice.

CorePower West Loop has incredibly personable staff, which makes the studio atmosphere homey and intimate even though it is a large studio with three functions studio rooms!

I absolutely love this studio! Everyone who works here makes you feel so welcome. The teachers are absolutely amazing. They come up with the most creative and challenging flows. My favorites are Mariel, Stacy, Halle, and Christina. I always am greeted with a smile. Thanks for being such a warm (see what I did there?) and welcoming environment for all levels to practice.
