I like the welcoming environment of the staff and how well they work with everyone in the class to ensure everyone is getting the most out of the class! I have only been to two classes so far, but I already feel myself getting stronger and feeling more positive.

I love the space and size of each of the three studios. It is quaint and personal. I have been in classes with as few as two people and as many as 30 plus but no matter the number the instructors are always able to tailor each class to every individual. I absolutely love this studio.

I really like that classes are offered all day and the schedule is so flexible that someone can always make a class. I have not seen so much availability from other yoga studios before.
