I like the schedule offered for the classes and the facility and instructors. One thing I would love to see changing is the unbearable (most of times) heat during yoga sculpt classes.
Absolutely love West Loop, very convenient parking, great teachers, awesome playlists, clean facilities. However, please turn up the heat in C2 flow classes! We want to sweat! Maybe you can add flames 🔥 to indicate how hot the class is! That way students don't have to search out teachers who like the heat.

Good music, energy, quality instruction
The 7 day trial was perfect for me. I was in Chicago and went to a couple of locations and I find that West Loop is my favourite one. They had a good variety of classes and the staff and instructors were amazing. It felt like a spa week for me. The studio manager is very friendly, helpful and kind. I told her the only complain I have is that there is no studio near where I live. I would become a member in a heartbeat. Everyone here made me feel welcome and I look forward to coming for my workout every day. My absolute favourite instructor is Kristen. She has amazing energy and it was so much fun. Her classes were challenging and I had the best workout this past week. Thank you!!!!!
Sabrina is a phenomenal instructor! She makes her classes challenging, dynamic and functional and her playlist is always on point!

Highly recommend core power yoga. The heat helps get a deep long stretch without feeling much of the tightness in the joints and muscles. I really liked the addition of weights. I can feel the benefits of toning along with stretching that last after taking the class. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area but will be back on my next visit.
