The two teachers I had had have been amazing! very helpful and interactive with the whole class. I would give CorePower Yoga 10 but it is a bit on the expensive side and I would hesitate to recommend it to people because of this.

I always look forward to the classes in the morning. The trainers spend so much time preparing for class while making sure we are safe and challenged. The facility is kept clean and welcoming. I am always greeted with positive and prepared friends. So many keep the energy level high, this is such an important part of my life.

I love how empowering these classes are. They have truly upped my strength since beginning them. All the teachers are so helpful and show multiple ways to modify moves/make sure to let people know that even if you modify you are still putting in that work!

Donnie in particular is a 10/10. I’ve gone to over 600 corepower classes and he is the BEST.
The interaction with the class, asking about “what’s hurting”, participation asking why were there, very intense work out, excellent music playlist. I loved the instructor, think she should share her magic with other instructors at chicago locations like Old town. They’re all good but very samey- Camilla was different
Loved Gina's class. Great instruction and perfectly balanced. Also very much liked that she is bringing back hands on assist.

I love Carmilla's class. I wish there were more afternoon opportunities after work to take her classes. She is my absolute favorite.
