Awesome workout and friendly environment!
I love core power, however the last time I was there the floor was so dirty! I had someone else’s hair stuck to me! Ewww. The locker room too was filthy, like dirt and tissue on the floor! Other than that it’s fabulous!
Hi, I am part of the set team at West Loop and have been a Black Tag member for years. I love practicing CPY and love the studio and the instructors. I am very happy to have this studio in my neighborhood.

Y favorite Chicago studio with my favorite instructor Carmilla. Wish the studio was bigger and that students actually honored the tapes on the floor then it will be much easier to find a spot without having to play Tetris every class.

Hot yoga options
This was my first time coming to an actual class instead of doing yoga at home. I loved the class, it was a bit more advanced than I’ve done but I was able to keep up. The instructor was amazing as well. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I love the energy that is surrounded in the studio. My first visit was so welcoming and got to meet one of my favorite instructors, Carmilla. She made me feel very comfortable right away. She has a way of connecting with people that is so rare to find. I can’t get enough of her classes !!
I love CorePower WL! Staff is extremely friendly and kind. They also have great studio spaces and a variety of classes and times. Sometimes they’ll do a sound bath yoga class for no extra charge. Love them there and definitely will continue to come back

Engaging well balanced work out classes
The staff, both trainers and support staff, are always welcoming and informative. The environment is very positive and inviting. The variety of classes offered keep challenging me to strengthen and stretch my ability.
Great instructors and classes. Wish you would add some heavier weights. Nothing crazy. Just some 30’s to 50’s.
I love the teachers, the flow, the music, and the vibe. However, we ALL love the heat!!! Turn it up. We wanna sweat!!!
Offers different types of classes. Clean space with on point amenities
Carmilla’s class are motivating she makes me workout like no other studio has. The front desk attendants are all sweet and it’s nice that they remember your name. The studio is clean. Maybe you can work on the sound system a bit so it feels more even distributed and feels warmer. But other than that I really like it!
It’s new experience for me. And I like it!
