Sadie's class was phenomenal! She did a great job asking what everyone wanted to work on and made sure to take special notice of injuries, problem areas, etc. She provided hands on assists and I felt like I was able to really feel a difference in my poses.

Parking was very easy and convenient, the staff was nice, the facilities clean. Kit was a great instructor, providing good feedback on improving poses and her hands on adjustments were helpful. I will definitely be back.

I love the entire package. The atmosphere, the music and the classes. And I especially love the HEAT. I like to sweat. :)

No reservations needed, just show up! Staff and instructors are very nice and helpful. Clean facilities, especially locker rooms.

I took a 9am sculpt class, awesome instructor and the facility was welcoming as was the front desk staff. Got s great deal on a sale yoga mat!

Love the teachers and variety of classes. Only thing I would change is offering maybe one class that people can do before work. Most people who work 8-5 jobs, it is not realistic to have the earliest class get them out at 7:30. I know I've seen some other studios with early options, and I know I'd love to start the day on the right foot with yoga! That's really my only suggestion.
