Good teachers. But the mats smell bad and there is a mild odor in the main area. The studio is beautiful and people are friendly.

The staff and instructors are extremely nice and helpful. Also, a very clean and spacious studio - wish this location was closer to my apartment!

The minute I walked in the door I knew it was a great studio. I have been to several CP and they have all been super friendly. My instructor, Brit (?) was really helpful with instructions re parking. Gina, another instructor, was in the front and she too was friendly and helpful. They both embraced me, and the whole experience was great.

Great Instructor. High energy, intense workout was a great challenge. I appreciated that her instruction was not drowned out by overly loud music, which can happen.
