I like that there are many classes to choose from throughout the day, every day. I also like that the studio is very close to my house, walking/biking distance. I appreciate the variety of classes.

I think they only thing I would suggest, there are a lot of new individuals who are starting yoga in the am which is great. However, there is a lot of talking in the yoga studio.

I like the level of yoga offered! I think the teachers are more spiritually oriented. Sometimes I wish the classes were 75 or 90 minutes long.

The entire staff at South Boulder is excellent and I ALWAYS get excited to invest my time there. Joy is an outstanding manager who recognizes people and checks in with them on a personal level; no two classes of Raj's are the same though he follows the sequence to a tee - he continually encourages his students to grow with fresh and personalized, attentive cues, amazing adjustments and a presence that is strong yet subtle. Janelle has done an outstanding job with the retail area and her classes, too, are continually on point. Bari and Melissa's yin classes are subtle and a perfect compliment to my power practice so really - whatever it is, I find it at SoBo and this is why I love CPY South Boulder and feel so blessed by the many many people who make it like a second home.

Your instructor had heart....able to teach a class with physicality and heart. It is hard to find both.

Frequency of classes, classes are challenging (especially sculpt!) and the teachers make yoga fun and interesting.
