I attended a great class with very encouraging teachers. I Would never have thought they were in training. All together I had an uplifting experience and felt fantastic after leaving.
The instructors are so incredible and motivating. Sculpt is unreal and a great workout. Music is always loud enough and the energy in classes is great!
There is a sence of comfort I get every time I walk into core power. Being greeted with a smile and a genuine hello makes my day that much better. Then I get to do yoga!!
