I really like the instructors. They don't make you feel like a novice, even though you are.

The lobby always feels welcoming, especially in the fall and winter when there is a fire in the fireplace. The studios feel clean as well as the locker rooms. I find the space in the smaller studio and often in the women's locker room pretty crowded at times, depending on the class and the time of day, but I realize that there are limitations to the space within the building. It is an extremely convenient location for me and I like the schedule of classes in the mornings and during the day.

I loved class. It felt so good and I felt like I got a great workout. The instructors were gentle and accepting of me as a total novice and I felt no judgement. I would totally recommend Core Power to a friend.
The first impression after walking into CoreYoga was of a friendly place. The trainers behind the desk were helpful and encouraging. I hope that is the way they truly are all the time and not just for first timers.
Kathy B. was an extremely good teacher. She was sensitive to my needs (bum knee after a car accident). Kathy was encouraging and motivating.
I purchased the one month membership through GROUPON and depending how things go this month will determine whether or not I purchase a regular membership.

I'd love it even more if some of the teachers included a bit more reflective/spiritual remarks at the beginning or end (or during?) class. It helps me refocus away from competing with myself and others, assists in relaxing me, and gives my mind something to chew on. Matt Portwood used to teach a killer sculpt class on Monday nights in stadium village (circa2011); and some of his remarks from class still come to mind. Thank you for what you do! I love Sophie, Jenny, Jennifer and Emily's classes!

The instructors are great. My favorite class is Ryder. Rumor has it that Ryder will not be continued after the remodel, January 2017. That's unfortunate, as I average 3-4 Ryder classes a week, and will probably have to stop coming and find another place that has Ryder/Spin classes.
I don't think my friends or co-workers would believe what a great experience classes at CPY are, so I usually don't talk about it. I have so much respect for your teachers: Becka, Angela, Drew, Andrew, Emily, Chloe, Jen, Jessie, Catherine, Laura--and everyone else, I haven't met them all yet--they all are good (I miss Lauren-the best, I hope she is coming back). Each class is a joyful and healing experience--I often feel like the last class I took was worth my whole month membership. We are so fortunate to have you.
