Good instructors, heated studio

Highland is usually warmer than other studios. I like the schedule because it allows me to take multiple classes with my limited free time.

I have difficulty with how loud people are at the desk, It is difficult to hear the nonsense they speak of then go into a class and take the guidance to heart.

oh my what is there not to like? I started Core Power Yoga for a friend, and look at me know. Im still doing Core Power Yoga and loving it! Highland Park studio was a complete shock how easy it is to get in and out of and the space for hot fusion yoga is large. yes room for me :-) thanks Aloha

I love the studio and all the instructors. Great work out that keeps you pushing and motivated through out.

The instructors are amazing, the variety of classes is awesome, and the vibe/culture is great!

The instructor (Tim B.) was amazing! He took the time to learn my name and help me with my form through out the class. He led a beautiful, intuitive class that I enjoyed tremendously.

and, a few other thoughts...a pet peeve is when instructors step on my mat, it feels like 'space invasion' plus they are walking all over the studio and potentially spreading germs. I like inspiration but not negative thinking...please suggest what we could be thinking, not what we shouldn't be thinking...we're all intelligent adults and don't need to hear the same thing over and over, once is plenty and appreciated; have FUN with us!! It's okay to laugh, smile and joke a bit in a yoga class...its much better than doing therapy or a religion class, I prefer other places for those things!

Thanks for listening...remember, I gave it a 10, but that doesn't mean some things can't improve!

Really enjoyed the arm balancing workshop. Great instructors and good pace to the workshop.

I like getting touched by instructors and this instructor did that. She also played a good selection of music and had a fabulous flow sequence.

Everyone at Highland Core Power is so inviting! I don't even want to try other locations because I just love everyone there! They make me feel confident in trying new classes, even though I just started getting into yoga recently. The staff is just simply awesome!!
