Aaron A was a phenomenal instructor. His class was challenging and fun. His choice of music was great. He stood in front of the desk area, not behind while I put my shoes on, and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Great 75 min class.

Love the sports bra that I bought. The Alo tank top...not so much. Oh well, discounted items, final sale.

Will hopefully be back to visit Highland Park on the weekends, soon! What an awesome studio.

Love the teachers. Love the classes are different every time. Have taken over 1,000 classes and have never gotten bored.

The teacher Jesse. She is without a doubt the only teacher in the cities who actually teaches a hot class. Every other teacher only keeps it at 105 and 50%. That doesn’t work for Minnesotans, we love our hot yoga because of our wild weather and cold winters. Jesse is the only teacher who brings you to the point of just being present. The way she keeps her room makes you only concentrate on the postures and breathing and nothing else. Any cooler your mind can wander and I didn’t come to my mat to day dream I came to do yoga.

Excellent studio atmosphere, teacher and classes!

The sculpt class is my favorite. I fell in love with it years ago and have been going once a week in preparation for my wedding at the end of the month.

I also really like the "pack of classes" option. I don't feel like I'd get my money's worth on a monthly membership because I really only go a couple times a week at most, and I love the knowledge that the classes are there whenever I want to use them!

Instructor was great, facility was nice.

Sculpt is just so amazing! I'll not really great at flexibility, so at first that's what I thought Yoga was mostly. I knew it something you had to work at, so I decided to try it. Some of my friends kept telling me about Sculpt and I finally decided to try it. After the 2nd class Ib was addicted! I love how every class or teacher is different, that it mixes some Yoga poses with lifting and cardio. (I have always played sports, so it was a perfect fit.

I love Zaynab's C2 class on Sunday mornings! She has interesting sequences and a good flow. I always enjoy it whenever I can get there!

Andy is an excellent instructor, he cued well. I enjoyed my Saturday experience. Everyone is very friendly.

The classes are consistently good, instructors are great, the facility is always clean, etc. I always find myself in a better place after practice here.

Great instructors. Love the hands on adjustments that help me deepen my practice, the soothing voices guiding me, and the delicious essential oil smells. A great way to unwind at the end of a long day!
