ABBY SWENSON IS AN AMAZING INSTRUCTOR. She is the reason I go to CPY! She choreographs flows with the perfect balance of strength and stretch; she uses students’ names and encourages practitioners throughout the hour — in doing so Abby makes it more than a workout, it becomes personal and meaningful. Her instruction is clear and conscice and she does a fabulous job coaching you through difficult postures.. I couldn’t say enough about her! Thanks Abby S ♥️

I really like the teachers and the variety of classes
The staff/instructors are very nice. The facilities are nice and more spacious than many other CPY locations around the area.
I was disappointed that I got there and my class was cancelled, though, even though it hadn't been a few hours earlier when I checked the website. Fortunately there was a different class I could take, but it wasn't the one I'd wanted.
It was also hard to hear my instructor while the humidity "blower" was on (plus the music) in the class (C2 Candlelight at 8:45pm).
Super welcoming instructors! Between all of the classes offered I feel like I am really learning pose technique and getting a great workout.

Challenging and fun classes, clean classrooms, great schedule options, warm and welcoming staff/teachers, great location.
Nice space. Predictable classes but some teachers who have an interesting quirky style and who make the classes more challenging when they can. Warm welcome. I would also welcome some classes where the poses are held longer and the emphasis is less on chatarangas.

I enjoy the classes, that end up being jam packed... I correlate this with an awesome instructor. Always get a great sweat along side a great community of hardworkers.
It was a great class. And what a treat to feel so warm in the winter! The yoga sculpt was challenging and fun. I"ll definitely be back!
