Corepower Yoga is a studio offering inclusive and challenging classes to not only reach physical health goals, but also has a focus on mental health! Before each class, there is an opportunity to set an intention, and we are reminded of the said intention during class. This motivates one to keep working physically and mentally, creating overall strength.

friendly people, spacious space --I'll be honest I like the parking --I like that the highland studio is it's own stand alone building. I go to Grand and Highland --and I'm a 37 year old mom of two and I feel like there is a bit more diversity in age," life stage", and gender at highland as well and I like that.

I like the staff and the clean facility. The class times are also convenient for me.

Amelia is able to balance restorative yoga, with hardcore sculpt all in a motivating, balanced approach that makes you feel full, whole, and more than you were before you hit your mat.

A wonderful class! That is how HOT yoga should be. Perfect temperate! The locker room was closed due to flooding but the class was awesome!

I come for sculpt! It’s an intense, energetic & fun experience that works all the muscles. It’s hard but totally worth it when I finish!!

The Highland Corepower is the best! From the atmosphere, to the instructors, to the community- you just can’t beat it.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I came in with a suitcase since I was going straight to the airport after class and they went above and beyond to help me not have to bring it downstairs and keep it locked up during class. Thank you guys!

I loved the studio and the instructors but the showers were not clean and I did not enjoy that they were gross. Otherwise great place.

I like the routine in C1. Perfect workout for me.
