I like how each class has been challenging me to really focus on my breathing & inner being. I also sweat way more in an hour of yoga than an hour of playing basketball, hiking or even a hardcore aerobics class

You have amazing sculpt and yoga instructors. Max and Troy are two of the sculpt instructors I follow. They are so positive, motivating, inviting and really take the time to pay attention. They address you by name and they obviously love what they do. I have also been to yoga 1 with my husband and with Shoshanna. She's amazing! Very attentive and patient with my husband who is new to yoga. (former football player and very tight). She is wonderful. I attend the Kahala and Ward locations in Honolulu. You have a great thing going here. I have recommended Core Power to many of my friends.

Clean locker rooms and studio; lots of class options and times throughout the day; very convenient location with parking; appreciate the one hour class times as i rarely have time for the 1.5 hour classes that many other studios offer.
