I love everything about CPY. One suggestion; can the HPF class at Kahala on Saturday go back to being 75 minutes.

Variety in hours/teachers and great that showers are available for use after class. Makes it easy to incorporate yoga into busy day.

Loved Riley! I wish all of the instructors would keep the volume at a decent level like him- I often get headaches after class from instructors blasting the volume too loud.

I like the tranquil room which is darkened and slightly warm. I like the slower pace of the class and the encouragement of the instructor.

Great staff in this location. The instructor Cheryl was very kind and attentive. Their staff made my experience easy and enjoyable. I ran into the same instructor the next day at a different location and she remembered my name and welcome me back then another great class. Make sure to take care of these staff because they probably the reasons these locations are doing well.

Instruction was great. Wish there was a restorative class as Core Power advertises

People are the best. Very motivating. Cues are easy to follow. Also I love the consistency of a process approach.
