I loooove the yoga here. The space is clean and well kept that provides a lot of things like bathrooms showers and beauty supplies. It smells good aswell, which is always a plus. The actual C1 class/ routine (I've only done C1) is a good workout without being overly intense, the instructors let you know that you can take a break at anytime, it's very possible for any age or body state to try out C1. The instructors (especially when there's more than one) are AMAZING! They care for you, doing kind and constructive adjustments, and sometimes they even message you for extra comfort, relaxation, and working of the muscles. The whole space if nice and the staff is even nicer.

I love the cleanliness of the studio and the knowledgeable staff. But my absolute favorite part is the live music yoga sessions. It takes the experience to a whole different level.

Easy location! Good energy in classes. I wish you had another classroom so we had more classes. Love the sculpt class, but it is hard to make it consistantly with work/kids.

Retail: I like the merchandise you sell but their are never any small sizes in stock because it is the first to go. I do like how you give discounts and specials.

Classes: I wish their were morning yoga sculpt classes at 6am, a rotating between C2 and sculpt every morning would be nice. Many of the teachers are really nice, some more so than others. I personally love max's sun morning sculpt class.
