The music, the flow, the facility, workout aspect however maintaining some meditation aspect.
I love the energy. I love how I feel after a session. I love how I'm the biggest one in class but I don't feel insecure. I love the opportunity to be in this community.
Sculpt is an awesome class, especially Sommer's class.

Everything! The place is great, staff is great. I just wish you offered more classes or had another studio in town :)
The community it creates. An environment that allows a beautiful, safe space to grow within yourself in into the person you want to be. I love that there are studios in different areas, and different states so when you are on an adventure, you can always find a home base and get centered again. I love it!
