I love the space and the Instructors. My only wish would be that HPF would be offered a few evenings. IT is such an amazing class. But most people who work are not avail at 5pm. It would be so nice to offer more AM and PM options of this particularly intense and heated what I call Bikram Inspired class. (only b/c we don't do all the poses). It is very healing. Thanks ;)

Not only do I feel better than ever about the way I look because of CPY, but my soul is happy after every single class :) I feel strong inside and out. Love this community.

Just love programs. Keep me it and motivating. Good instructors! I like that they started changing schedules often. It allows me to expose to other programs.

Clean! Pleasant atmosphere! Great instructor! I was always hesitant to try the classes because of the heated room but my first experience was a very positive one. The instructor was very welcoming and the class was easy to follow. The room was very crowded but it worked! I got a really good workout! Thank you!

I like the app and being able to see the schedule on my phone. I also like the instructors. Some classes are a little too crowded like the Sunday class at 9:15 at Kahala. Wish the room was twice the size for that class! But overall very pleasant. I like that the facilities are always clean.

Love sculpt class! The instructors are fun and mix it up with great music choices and variety of moves.
