Love CPY HPF and C2 classes.
Easy to get to, ample parking, good class schedule and clean studio. I especially like any HPF class, and yoga sculpt with Bonnie! She has great music and keeps everyone motivated, working hard, and having fun!
The variety of classes and professional yoga instructors are fab. The facilities are great as well.
