I took a Yoga Sculpt class for the first time yesterday, it was awesome! I had Suzanne as my yoga instructor. So awesome! I loved the choice of music, it really helped with the workout! I also loved how she was so encouraging and kept pushing us to do more and more. I'm definitely coming back to her Yoga Sculpt classes!

Cute clothes selection and very friendly staff! I took a C2 class and would have liked it to be hotter... I felt the room was much cooler than all the other classes I have taken. Great class overall!

Convenient location, lots of parking, evening classes, heated rooms, large space, yoga mats to rent, clean, friendly and helpful instructors for the novice yoga participant like me.
