I like everything BUT................
I've been a black tag member for 4-5 years. I mostly go to the Kahala Studio.
I DONT LIKE the time change for your sculpt morning class. 8:15? 8:00 was a better time.
Now we have less then 15 minutes to get a spot, use the bathroom and class starts. I liked the 8:"0 class better!! We entered 30minites prior to class and it was a calming and leisure way to start yoga class. Now it's a jam session to get in!!
A few of my friends can't take the class now l, that 15 minutes later makes a difference!!

It's a complete workout ! Stretching, fitness, sauna at the same time :), I discovered muscles I had no ideas I had... and the most important, it clears my mind . I love that place and the teachers.
