CorePower allows me to be extremely time effeicient. I’m able to take care of my social, physical, as well as spiritual needs all in an hour. Teachers are excellent and the schedule is accommodating.

I like the frequency of classes. Teachers are great and other students are high level, it pushes me to put a little more in my practice.

I love the sculpt classes! Wish the teachers were all on the same level. It's hard with so many new ones, we all have coconut wireless on which teachers to avoid because it's a waste of time to go to a sub par teacher. Wish CorePower would try harder to keep up quality of teachers. I go to a lot of other state with core power and their teachers are mostly like our good ones. Disappointing we can't keep up with them. I am expanding my workouts in other studios with many original members because we feel we are not getting good workouts. So when I do tell people how good CorePower is, I make sure to guide them to the good teachers.

CPY has awesome yoga wear, there variety of classes and times are good for my schedule. There yoga instructors are knowledgeable and treat you like family!!!!
