Every instructor is open and gracious. They push you but you never feel looked down upon (if you’re not that good, like I am). Clean facilities, great locker room. I like the convenience of there being lots of classes around the clock.

This was my first time ever to take a Yoga class. My friend Christina Monaco Caldwell suggested I take it for my painful lower back and I am glad I did. I liked the room, the instructors, the music and soft light, making it more of an experience than just a regulary work out. My only negative was the maliferous odor coming from the site's yoga mats.
