Staff are very friendly and welcoming to visitors as I was. The location is easy to get to and there is ample parking on either the ground floor level or the upper level. The facility is also very clean as are all CP locations I have visited.

There are nice teachers and clean facilities. I like that there are various class times, but recently a number of classes at convienent class times were cancelled for teacher training.

katie and jenn c are 2 of the best yoga teachers i’ve had in my almost 20 years of doing yoga. I also love the amount of classes each day which give me the chance to drop in when my schedule allows....there’s almost always a class that works for me.
