Awesome friendly personable expert staff at Ward Core. Power are outstanding. I appreciate seeing manager, Nisreen, Ryan, Stephanie, and instructors and stqff. Super friendly and welcoming staff!!! Only thing, there were little bugs (ants?) on the floor near the window where I was. It was a little distracting, but, stayed for the whole class.
I like the heat and the regular schedule with so many times and varieties to choose from.

Staff and people you meet st the Kailua studio are very encouraging ☺️ It’s helped de-Stress me since I’ve joined over a year ago. Even my Massage therapist talks to other clients how yoga has helped me immensely ☺️
