The classes and instructors are great! Everyone is so positive and the studio is generally clean. The only thing is that the locker rooms and sink area could be cleaner....but overall I love coming to CPY Ward and I love the instructors and managers.

The classes are fun and always changing as well as challenging. A variety of teachers that make each visit an experience. Clean, well-structured atmosphere with a good flow. I definitely will be spreading the good news : )

Great classes, friendly teachers
I LOVE all of the teachers and the variety of classes. I would love to see more HPF on the schedule in the evening (if ever possible). Studio is exceptionally clean and everyone is very helpful and friendly.
I absolutely LOVE the kahala studio ! The instructors are incredibly welcoming and always make me smile on the worst days! The yoga sculpt class is my favorite to go to. Everyone is super stoked on getting a good workout and having fun while doing it! It’s seriously like a dance sesh! I’ve met some pretty awesome people too through the kahala yogi community! 100% recommend this studio.
