I like the timing of the C2 classes in the evening and pretty much all the instructors. Even the people who clean the studio and bathrooms are nice. Bathrooms could use some sprucing up, though.

Great teachers and classes, I love the amenities- shower, etc as it makes it easier to fit a class into my day- I can rinse and go straight to the next thing. Providing equipment also allows for this.

Fantastic studio, really great workout and spiritual session all at once. Instructors and staff all gave fantastic instruction. My first time to Core Power and I’ll defintely be coming back!

Good time frames for busy people. Very engaging class, with an observant instructor! Pacing seems right on!
The instructor was aware that it was my first time and both made me feel welcome and supported without calling me out or drawing attention to the fact that I was brand new to yoga as a whole. She was super responsive to when anyone in the class was struggling and gave scales for exercises without ever breaking up the rhythm of the program. I had tons of fun. I was terrified of the idea of taking a class but I ended up really enjoying it and was glad I went.
Classes were led by great instructors. Good choices of locations and variety of classes.
Parking so EASY! Class times are perfect. Instructors are amazing. Eric Rosso and Michelle Domingo are my favorites there!!!
Great staff that help you through the flow and give great cues on position and intention, the scheduled times of the classes work out great, and the overall setting is fantastic.
