It’s my first time ever doing yoga. I came in with a tight back and glutes, sore ankle and knee. Hot Fushion Yoga has stretched out my body while perspiring profusely. I can feel improvements in my back, knees, and ankles just after my 2nd to 3rd class. Instructor Daniel is amazingly professional and helpful with assisting in postures and stretching.

The Teachers are so inspiring and motivating. I love the music and pace of the sculpt classes. I always feel like I got a great workout. The classes are challenging yet fun.
Yoga Sculpt is truly the best full body workout I’ve done since being a competitive swimmer. It’s addictive and so so beneficial for the body and mind! Instructors (chris, max, stephanie, suzanne, whitney, emily) are incredible, studio is clean.
Great yoga, great teachers, clean studio. But soooo crowed!
Still worth it, but takes good timing in the morning to be able to fit in the class!
