LOVE Yoga Sculpt! At first I wasn't comfortable with the temperature of the room, but, one of your friendly workers suggested I give it a try! I did, and again, I loved it.
At 56 I love working out. I attend Egans Bootcamp about 4-5 times a week. What I'm missing in my routine is stretching and being centered. I feel like Core Power Yoga would do that for me.
When I decided to try out CorePower Yoga, I was very nervous because I haven't worked out for many years. However, when I came to my first class, Justin was very inviting and welcoming. He gave me great information and helped me feel at ease.
Additionally, the facilities are amazing! Everything is so clean and organized. It helps me to disconnect and relax before, during, and after my session.

Just finished Sculpt SoundOff and LOVED it! I was a little skeptical about using headphones at first but now I wish we used them with every sculpt class. It really helped me focus on my own practice without getting distracted by what everyone else was doing. Jenn had a great playlist that kept my energy lifted. Hope to use headphone again. Great class!

The Kailua Trainers are the best. Jenn C is doing a great job as the new manager. The staff is always friendly,smiling and you feel part of their community. The studio and facilities are always clean. Love the Kailua Studio.

I really enjoyed the Soundoff Yoga experience. I thought it was an interesting concept and gave me a chance to try something different in my yoga practice.
I liked that the headsets made me feel as though I was in my own private yoga space/class. I felt like I was able to zone everything out and really stay connected to my body and enjoy the experience of yoga with less distractions. I like that I was able to control the volume of the music and really move and groove to what I was listening to!
I truly hope it will be a permanent option in the near future!
I like the Kailua studio's cleanliness and friendly teachers. It could, however, make its schedule more beginner friendly and one that supports development. C1 class schedules are more like fillers and afterthoughts being offered in the middle of a work day at 12:30 and as the last class of the night. Perhaps alternating two gradual levels in a single time slot would allow a student to grow into his or her practice.

Really enjoyed my practices while on Oahu at the Ward studio. The teachers for C2 for the Monday 5:15 and Thursday 5:15 class (Angela) were stellar. Really enjoyed the vibe of the studio, the fellow yogis and the location near Ala Moana & Ward shopping with great easy parking. Wish my local studios had the same high energy and attendance. Locker room at Ward was a little unkempt & could use more attention but I know there is about 10 times the volume to what I'm used to and a lot more men attending than at my home studios.

The services are great!! You get a full body workout if you take the sculpt classes... and the other c1 and c2 classes are awesome to get your body prepared or in shape for other activities such as surfing, biking, swimming, or running!! Or just everyday living!! As we age our joints stiffen up including our lower back!!! Or you may just want to loosen up or open up your hips, shoulders, strengthen joints and strengthen your muscles. It's great for the mind and spirit as well as the physical aspects of the workout!! And the teachers are very helpful and kind!! They want you to see and feel results from their teachings!!
