I like the community and the great music in the classes!
The whole experience was nice. I was greeted at the door and told which studio to go to. I enjoyed the teacher's style and she showed demonstrations of the moves which really helped in addition to her verbal cues. She also would provide encouraging comments. I took the C-1 class to better define my form so I think it is important to remind folks like me to extend or be conscious that my right knee is not aligned and the teacher provided that guidance in a pleasant encouraging way. In addition- the pay list was great.

Core Power Yoga has been my yoga studio for years. I love that the teachers (all of them are great) are trained in a basic method for a complete body workout and that it is combined with with the ability to use their own creativity. Each class provides an understated spiritual energy. After class, I always feel grounded and energized.
I love the structure of Corepower classes and the consistency in the quality of instruction. I also very much appreciated the adherence to local covid safety measures at this studio. It's the only yoga studio I have been to in the area that enforces the proper use of masks during class.

very nice instructor! It was my first time going, and I was alone, but the instructor made me feel really safe and comfortable. Very nice staff.

The new studio was lovely and I really liked the bathroom shower setup. Bathrooms are not occupied if you’re taking a shower. The studio floors already looked and felt a little dirty though. It also seems like the studios get smaller and smaller and we are unable to do our exercises with correct form because our neighbors are always right next to us.
I like CorePower Yoga because the facilities are clean and attractive, the teachers and staff are very friendly and the classes are enjoyable.

The studio was cLean. There is free parking across the street. It was not very crowded. Nice teacher, good flow to the class.
