It was really wonderful being at the studio for the first time. I was actually quite envious that the Manhattan Beach studio had a CoreRestore class. I currently practice at the Torrance Studio and I've noticed that a lot of yogis who practice there are more physically active than myself. However, they really don't take the opportunity to rest their bodies. I wouldn't mind traveling to the MB studio just for Randi's CoreRestore. 10/10 would recommend!
I took Randi’s CR+Sound bath special class. Felt reunions because some students familiar at Randi’s CR before.Same members used to take CR class every week. I was super happy to take a class with old classmates.
One thing I thought using large room is much better to have some more space between mat and mat.
Studio was blight atmosphere.

This Studio and Location are beautiful!! However, it is the amazing instructors and the vibe they create that is the magic!

I appreciate teachers like Katelyn and Bridget , especially Katelyn whom I will miss, because they compliment my practice and they give me plenty of room to modify my practice.
