Very friendly staff & clean facility! I’ve taken Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion so far and I felt very challenged by both of them, which, coming from strictly HIIT classes, I really appreciate. I do want to slow down even more, so I’m looking forward to trying the other traditional classes!
The instructors at Torrance are always the best— they lead the classes in a well organized, and informative manner, they annunciate clearly, their music isnt too loud, and they instruct at a pace that we’re all able to keep up with, as students.
The facilities is another important reason I continue to attend Torrance and would recommend to others… the studio is clean, the locker rooms are clean, and the showers are fantastic— STRONG, HOT, water power!! Every other location in the southbay has terrible showers… water just dribbles out :(

I enjoy how the classes are fun and challenging. Tessie Scott is an amazing instructor. I’ve never been to a Core Power class, but Tessie is thorough and explains the movements well, so it was easy for me to pick up on. Not to mention she has the best playlists, too!

The studio was clean and felt welcoming. I didn’t get a tour but it’s small so I found everything and just followed what other students did, once they arrived. I got there really early for my first visit.

CorePower Yoga is so welcoming and nice. Even though I'm not very good at yoga, I never feel worried about it at CorePower Yoga. I also like the balance between the focus on mindfulness and strength.

I absolutely love corepower!! This little space is so cute! The locker rooms could be slightly improved because they're a little cramped, but everything else is perfect! The staff are the best!!!

I absolutely loved my Core Power Yoga experience! I did the one week free trial. I then did the introductory month. I took classes in Torrance, Hermosa, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Goleta and Pentagon City. I went every day consecutively from Dec 28-Jan 30. I could see my body transformation and fell my strength building. The instructors were all very knowledgeable, motivational, and kind. It was my self care gift as I headed to turning 50 years old! Thank you for an amazing experience to help me get back into shape!
Unfortunately I cancelled my membership. The closest studios were 25 minutes from my house and it was just out of reach for me to consistently keep going once the membership increased.

I've been wanting to get back into a regular practice and decided to try CorePower. So far the teachers have been kind and wonderful leading with great flow. I wasn't expecting all the classes to be heated but I'm not mad about it. The studio always seems clean and inviting.

I love the classes and community at core power. I am feeling stronger than ever and so lucky to have a place like this! The instructors are incredible and I love the intentions set behind each class.
i love this location! the only thing I dont like is that sometimes they overbook people and it is so packed I can barely even open my arms wide. And the classes get waitlisted quickly right after school which is when I would want to do yoga.
