, C2, yoga sculpt classes at 6AM on different days such as C1 on Monday, C2 on Tuesday etc

Love the instructors and staff! Classes are challenging but accessible for everyone. Just wish a CPY studio would open in the Gaithersburg Orr Frederick area!
Everyone is so friendly at the desks, and always willing to help. The studio is kept clean and organized. Each class is well tailored to the population.

Corepower provides a welcoming environment for newbies such as myself. Your classes are both great introductory experiences and yet also the range of difficulty in your classes is such that I can see myself returning again and again as I practice more and get more accustomed to yoga.
