Yoga sculpt with Karen Sheys was amazing-- super challenging but still felt very centered.

Core Power Yoga studio spaces are beautiful. I have done yoga at your Denver studios, southern CA, DC and of course the place where I initially joined when you first opened, Bethesda, MD.

I don't normally support 'chains' especially for massage and yoga but there is just something about core power that keeps drawing me back.

I have even been thinking of doing your teacher training for the past 2 years but I have not pursued it just yet.

One thing that does disturb me is that you seem to do many teacher trainings and then immediately put these 'rookies' in classes to teach and this is affecting your brand. When Bethesda first opened you had some awesome teachers that seemed like 'veterans' in the yoga field and it showed in their teaching styles. Now I am not as impressed. I am a 15+ year yogi and I think you should have higher standards for your teachers than just taking a short yoga training intensive. Also as a LCMT for many years I suggest your company hire in a few qualified massage therapists or bodyworkers to 'teach' your teachers how to provide safe and proper assists that actually have an impact on the students!

LOVE sculpt especially Karen's class

I absolutely love your classes and the instructors. My initial experience has been great!
The only thing I would like to see is towels to shower like other competitors offer without charging. For example solidcore and soul cycle as well as bags to place your wet clothes. Other than those 2 services I'm satisfied

The staff is very friendly, the environment is classy and upscale and the classes are great!

The staff are accommodating and welcoming, which makes one more excited about the workout than intimated by it. Checking in is quick and easy. The instructors have a positive attitude and helpful is creating the perfect posture. I would definitely recommend Core Power Yoga in Bethesda to anyone.
