I have enjoyed all of my classes there. The location is convenient, the studio is clean, and the teachers offer a good variety. I wish there was more class variety (more 1.5 level classes, more unheated variety classes) but the teachers themselves vary the classes well. The teachers are very good instructors and I enjoy going to many teachers classes.

I took the yoga sculpt last sunday at 130, the teacher was so sweet to me and my friends and the class was awesome! i loved the music she played and my body felt amazing after. i don't think i have ever sweat that much in my entire life.
