I took the yoga sculpt last sunday at 130, the teacher was so sweet to me and my friends and the class was awesome! i loved the music she played and my body felt amazing after. i don't think i have ever sweat that much in my entire life.

I love the teachers at Core Power...especially the HPF class with Sun! It is such a relaxing environment. I am happy with the results of the yoga classes at Core Power. I am stronger, flexible and I have much more energy!

The sculpt class I took was challenging, but incredible. The mixture of yoga postures and strength training was the perfect class for me.

Atmosphere and instructon
I love CPY's classes. So reliably strong, class after class. I've taken 579 classes at CPY, according the website. I can think of 2 that were sub-par. Tremendous.
