The teachers are amazing, you can feel great energy in the studio. It is clean, there is a free parking lot. The manager is awesome and takes care of things promptly. I love all the classes. I recommend it 100%.

I am currently taking part in the student two week trial. I am really enjoying my time with Core power Yoga. I love the welcoming environment and the enthusiastic teachers who push you to your limits in a fun and respectful way.
Emma is an OG instructor. Many of the new instructors are still learning. Emma reminded me of core power before covid-19. Her class was EPIC. she has regulars amazing music and overall gives the experience people are looking for. AMAZING. Facilities at fresh pond have always been 10/10 as well.

I love how small the classes/studios are. I also love how relaxed and friendly the staff are. Conversation just naturally flows. Holly was very welcoming in my first visit and first class! I can't wait to go back :)

It's a 10 in Medford CP with Margaret D., Rachel, Angela, Khushbu, Alex, and Samantha. Fresh pond CP is a 10 with Maureen G. and Widya, but lets get rid of the masks Cambridge.
