I love the mix of mental and physical health here. I feel like I'm helping both my body and mind when I go to CorePower. The instructors are inspiring and inclusive, so I'm able to adapt my practice to what I need!

I was visiting my sister from Colorado and went to the Medford studio. I was so glad to see that there was parking as I am not familiar with the area. Lexi was very welcoming and showed me around the studio and made me feel like I was at my home studio. I will come back every time I visit!

i don't live in boston but i was here for work and unfortunately i forget the name of my teacher but he was GREAT OMG!!!! he was working a saturday evening class and was sooo sweet and patient even though i showed up like 5 mins before class and his flow was amazing and he deserves a raise :)

It was a fantastic class-- great heat, music, instruction. But it went 15 minutes long which made me late for an appointment because I didn't have a watch on!

This was the best experience. I hosted a fundraiser and our instructor was so nice and accommodating to our large group. We had an absolutely blast. I haven’t done much yoga in the past, but I look forward to adding yoga at CorePower Yoga to my weekly routine!
