Great studio! Greeted by Mary Kate, the instructor. I took C2 with her and I loved her sequence, really thoughtful practice. I had never been to this studio or taken any of her classes but she made me feel comfortable, as if I were a regular. I will definitely practice at this studio again when I return to Boston.
Instructors - generally they're all consistent in regards to terminology and structure of class which makes it easy to choose classes based on time. The instructors themselves are all very passionate and makes me love yoga so much more. Abby in Back Bay is fantastic!! True yogi and loves her personal stories and sharing of stress relief / mental balance techniques during her classes.
Terrance is wonderful. Powerful and so committed to his students .
Anamika is an incredible teacher. Meg is also fabulous. I love the convenient parking and friendly reception. The studios are too hot sometimes and it can get smelly, so much so you can smell the sweat from the building lobby.
