Yesterday, March 28th, I attending the Cardio Sculpt lesson at 10:30. The workout was awesome-truly intense. I felt the stretching in addition to high instensity cardio and weight training made the workout challenging and engaging. Seriously, my heart was pumping and I was sweating within the first minute. It was all worth it. Meghan, the instructor mentioned a few times "this is project-YOU." That's absolutely right! The only issue I had was the heat in the room. With me sweating on overdrive and the combined heat of the room I felt out of breath at times.

your studio was clean, welcoming staff, energetic instructor, knowledgeable about his practice. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot yoga class and would attend whenever I travel back to Chicago to visit my daughter Nicole.

Clean studio

The people. I think the instructors make every class enjoyable. Every teacher there wants to be there, and when they walk into the studio to start class, it's the best part of my day.

I have never done yoga before, but the instructors immediately made me feel welcome. They offered adjustments as necessary and I felt like I got a great work out each time I've gone to class!

The studio was much larger than the Lakeview location, so the classes didn't feel as cramped.

The atmosphere was great both in terms of the facilities, and the people in the room. The instructor was very good at engaging everyone together and building camaraderie and accountability for everyone in the room.

Teacher offered a block when he saw i needed one. I can borrow a lock since i didnt bring one.
