I loved this class, the instructor was amazing! I hadn't been to Yoga in years and I was worried. This class was challenging, but not impossible to do. The instructor helped me anytime my form wasn't correct, she had such an amazing flow from one position to the next. From the music to the ambiance, it was just perfect. I hope all the CPY studios are this way, looking forward to my next class!

You need a filtered water dispenser like the other studios and more and frequent cleaning locker room and the studio itself

Gold coast is by far my favorite studio. The teachers always seem to be the best, the heat, humidity and usually music are on point. Some other locations don’t seem to have the heat/humidity high enough.

It was the most Creative Hot Yoga class I’ve ever been to. It was so intense and the amount of energy David had illuminated throughout the entire room. Wherever he got his training, they are genius! Will be back

The instructors were great. The class, while being a C3 class, accommodated an intermediate to advanced level.
