I LOVE the atmosphere, and the energy of each and every loving instructor.

Core power has changed my life. I am in love with the community, the classes, and the fact that I can practice anytime throughout the day due to the ample amount of classes offered. I have already recommended core power to a great number of friends and even my mother. I have become devoted to my practice and have core power to thank for that.

I took a Yoga Sculpt class with Khloe on Sunday. She is the BEST! It was by far the best sculpt class I took - both in Dallas and Chicago! Thanks for fantastic work out! Looking forward to taking another class with her.
