Talented yogi instructors who are inspiring and great teachers! Staff is super kind and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and positive energy! Classes are challenging and fun. Love attending the handstand workshops and getting to practice my handstands in class.
I like that the location is so convenient, and I like the instructors in the classes I have been too. The music is always great and motivates me to work harder. The most recent class I went to was a couple weeks ago, and I really liked the way she taught the exercises. For some reason the intensity in her voice made me want to keep pushing myself, and I could tell I got in a great workout.
I really enjoy your classes that I've been to! I just wish I had more time in my schedule to go to more of them!

I'm not super into yoga, but have a little experience with it, so I like that core power yoga offers classes that I can keep up with even though I'm not a very avid yogi. I also love the variety of instructors and workouts. So far I've only tried the sculpt classes and each one has been different and challenged me in a new way. All of the staff are also friendly and welcoming each time I go in.
