Amazing location, always something fun and exciting going on and a good mix of classes.
Challenging classes, beautiful venue, and great instructors who help establish the mind-body connection. I have been taking fitness classes for a number of years, however, I have never felt more refreshed and rejuvenated from a workout. I feel like a different person spiritually and physically after leaving class. Looking forward to the first location opening in NYC!
Great environment and good teachers
I love everything about core power but I especially the environment that the mockingbird location has. All of the teacher and the staff make yoga so much fun and make me always feel like I'm a star. I love that when I walk in everyone has a smile on their face.
MJ at Mockingbird in Dallas has the BEST yoga sculpt class. His music is amazing! The class has so much energy, it's fun, and goes by SUPER FAST! Best in the BIG D for sure!!!!!

MJ is an amazing teacher. After class I had a question about my package the women at the desk who helped me was super nice and explained everything to me. I would like to suggest that towel and mat service be included in your black tag membership. If that perk is added I might sign back up for a black tag membership.

The teachers
Marco is an excellent instructor! I was visiting my hometown in Dallas, from LA, and was grateful to be able to take class from Marco. I had never taken a C2 class previously...I usually can only take HPF late nights due to my schedule in LA and I'd taken C1 before. But Marco's C2 class was so intense and challenging!! Not to mention his wit and humor helped keep my spirits afloat when I would feel defeated or pushing my edge. I hope to visit home soon and catch another class with Marco when I'm back in Dallas! Please give him my gratitude for his energy and inner light.
