Friendly staff, nice lockers, showers with hot water. Large rooms, good music selection, up beat energy. Quality and variety of teachers and staff. The great personalities of teachers make a difference. I also like the free filtered water.

Staff was extremely personable. I took class from Marco and he was so sweet and mindful in teaching. Dressing rooms are wonderful. I loved the amenities .

Everything is super accessible and friendly for people who are beginners. The staff is great and very welcoming. Also, it's great to have a locker room with showers after such a sweat fest, ha. Thanks!

Great instructors! They put time and effort into getting to know you and make sure all of your questions are answered.

I love the variety of instructors and class times. I have gotten to know almost all instructors and they have become friends throughout the last few years. My body is the in the best shape of my life and no other workout is more invigorating. I LOVE Lisa, Chika, Hana, Jenni, and Maggie.
