The staff are soo kind and always greet me in the mornings with a smile. They also always greet my pet by name. Love that I can check on my dog through their cameras throughout the day.
Staff is always friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. I loved that a counselor sent a pic and text of how my dog was doing at camp when she was there for several days. The camper cams allow me to check on my dog and to see her having fun with the other dogs. The facilities are always clean and bright. I appreciate that the counselors take the time to write up a report of my dogs time at camp. This time I also had my dog get a bath before she came home and she was brushed and clean when I picked her up.
Camp Bow Wow is the only place I trust to take care of my pooch! They truly care about him just as much as I do, and treat him as their own. Camp Bow Wow is one of a kind!

EVERYTHING!!!! What’s not to LOVE about the camp, Campers , best staff - too much else to name here!! Just picked up my girl yesterday from a “stay and play” and overnight also......she was excited to see me but not really wanted to come home yet 🤗. Silly girl - so what else can I say? She is a regular camper 2 days a week (or more) since 2014!!

I can only speak to the grooming. Heidi is great and really cares about the dogs. The girls behind the counter are always friendly and helpful.
I am fully confident that my dogs will be taken care of while at Camp Bow Wow Strongsville! I just recently left my puppy for his first extended stay and I have to admit that I cried when I dropped him off. But having the ability to view him multiple times a day and see that he was having a great time made me feel better while I was away.
The staff really care about each dogs individual needs. Great customer service (for both the dogs and their people). Love that I can check in by video. Like having grooming and training services available on site.
My two golden retrievers got excellent care. One of them didn’t want to eat at first. Camp Bow Wow called me and asked if there was something that I would like them to add to his food to entice him to eat. They tried what I suggested with no luck and then made a suggestion which did work. I appreciated the attention and thought that they gave to the situation. I always share with folks that Camp Bow Wow is awesome!
Your employees are very good with the dogs And with me they are friendly and helpful. Camp Bow Wow is clean. You offer a variety of grooming options. Nail trims and baths are convenient. Piper is clean and smells great when I pick her up.
I know that when she is boarded that she won’t be kept in a kennel all day but will be active.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camp Bow Wow to any dog parent.

The facility is very clean, from what I have seen. Everyone I have met that works there seems to love working there. Each time I pick up my pet, someone at the desk mentions something about his stay there. The staff is willing to do different things for different dogs to ensure a pleasant stay. For example, feeding times, how the dog is fed, attention to if the dog wants to be alone, medications... They are considerate about allergies. I just can't say enough good things about this place!
