Quick response time, staff was very friendly. They seemed knowledgeable about my breed and had reasonable expectations for my pup. Walk through revealed clean areas, smelled like dogs and dog food - amazing considering the time of day and volume of patrons.

My son works there, and he brought our dog, 7 yrs old, with anxiety behavior. I was impressed on how our dog was behaving there. When our dog was one year old, he was not behaving well there, and he was kept in the cage while we were vacationing. I decided not to bring him there at all. I appreciated that the Camp Bow Wow in Hilliard is giving him another chance. Thank you.

I did not have any issues and my dog was well taken care of. I watched the cameras several times during the week and watched my dog being active and seem to be having fun. It made me comfortable during my vacation.

The facility is nice place, clean, well maintained, with suitable "cabins and suites", and a bunch of special services for your furry baby that might need a little extra. For that, they get a 9. But a 10 hardly supports the amazing staff that love your baby like you would. From all the ladies and men who play, cuddle, check in, check out, and pamper to my most wonderful Jill who has been grooming my boys. Again, I expect her to do a good job, but she takes on the level of care that only a puppy parent can provide. I recently had to board my newest pupper who was rescued after being abused as a pup. I was so nervous, it took me months to get him to not run from me! But, they all knew the story and it was a great experience for him and everyone. In fact, we will be back for weekly enrichment and monthly groomings. Good job team on raising my boy!!

Mac is always excited to go to camp! The majority of people who work the fyi t desk know him by name. He can be a lot, but they genuinely seem to care about him. I don’t think twice about boarding him or just doing daycare!

We love EVERYTHING! The most important thing is the kindness and care the people there have for all the animals. I know when we leave our dogs there, they will be loved as well as cared for. I really like being able to have the suites, too. We love Camp Bow Wow!!

My dog loves going there. As soon as he enters the door he starts varking to say he's there and he's excited. The staff knows his m even thought he had to take several months away due to illness
The camper cams , enrichment oops for dogs on Thurs , package pricing, rooms for small dogs only.
I greatly appreciate the extended hours, ability for dogs to roam inside and outside, and camper cams.
