Jack loves going to puppy camp. I really appreciate how attentive and friendly the staff are to any of my questions and requests. I like that I can check on him via the webcam. The dogs are always well supervised and he always has a good time playing with the other dogs.

I love that every time I drop off, the employees know both me and my dog! My dog is a picky eater and everyone at Camp bow Wow knows exactly what to do to make sure she eats her lunch each day!! I know that I am leaving my dog in great hands and she will be treated as if she were a member of the employee's family!!
I love how I don’t have to worry when my dog is at Camp. I love how the counselors fight over him when I drop him off, and how they seem disappointed when he goes home. It’s comforting to us to have a place we trust to watch our dog when we’re out of town. And we appreciate very much how you’ve always helped us out during family emergencies. We all love Camp Bow Wow!

Super friendly and informative staff. Of everyone I talked to, I could tell they were all very knowledgeable about dogs and devoted to their jobs. I also love having the ability to watch my dog on camera on the TV screens at the facility or from my phone or computer. Camp Bow Wow Elmhurst had a perfectly clean waiting area, and from what I could see on the cameras, very clean dog areas too. At my previous doggy day care, my dog was almost always in a room by himself because he was too rambunctious. At Camp Bow Wow, however, I could see him on camera all day playing with lots of other pups!
The digs aren’t in cages all day. There are camp counselors in the room with the dogs. They get rest time and camp treats.
The staff is friendly and they are great with our dog.
My Aussie named Harpo loves going, the place is clean, I like that the dogs can go outside to urinate and deficate--other doggie day cares I looked at just let them pee & poop in the big room, then they clean it up. Seems counterintuitive in terms of housebreaking to me. I love the live video cams, although I have a new MacBook Air that no longer has the old plug-in needed, so I have to use the library's computer to "spy" on my dog.
The only thing I would recommend is that campers" "parents" get a little check-list type report when the pup is picked up: who they played with, whether they pooped, etc.
The staff was great! They instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable!

Wonderful staff and my dog LOVES it at camp bow wow. The groomer must have a magic wand, my Buddy is always so clean and nails clipped after a stay at camp!

I love the staff, and I really am pleased with this facility. The fact that there is outdoor access makes it worth the drive from Oak Park.
Lydia did a wonderful job with Molly. Molly gets nervous going in for vet appointments and even grooming (especially nails being trimmed) but Lydia was able to work with her and she came out looking great!
Our Newfies love going to camp to play with their friends! The mere mention of 'Camp' and they are both at the garage door ready to get in the car and go.

Zoe and I love Camp Bow Wow, she has made a lot of friends, and I know while I'm at work she is getting her exercise and is well taken care of. Everyone at Camp Bow wow is very friendly and caring, I feel very comfortable leaving Zoe in their care. Thanks Joe, Roxanne & Staff....
Chewie stayed for a week and he got EXCELLENT care. When he had stomach issues they gave him some pumpkin and they took care of his ear infection. My vet was impressed 🤗
